Frequently Asked Questions
Net30Hosting FAQ
What exactly does Net30Hosting report to credit bureaus?
We report your monthly hosting and email subscription payments to Equifax Business, CreditSafe, and PayNet (which is part of the Equifax ecosystem). When you pay on time, these positive payment records contribute to building your business credit profile. We’re transparent: we report what you pay us for our services—nothing more, nothing less.
How is this different from tradelines or credit repair?
We’re not a tradeline service. Tradelines add you to someone else’s credit account. We provide actual business infrastructure (hosting and email) that you use and pay for. The credit bureaus see this as legitimate business activity because it is. There’s no gaming the system—just real services with real reporting.
How long until I see results on my business credit report?
Reporting typically begins within 30-60 days of your first payment. However, building meaningful business credit takes time—usually 3-6 months of consistent on-time payments before you’ll see substantial changes. We cannot guarantee specific scores or timelines as results vary based on your existing credit profile.
What’s the verification process?
We verify your business information to ensure accurate reporting. This includes confirming your EIN, business name, and domain ownership. Standard Net30 terms review can take up to 14 business days. Paid Rush Credit Check moves the review to the priority queue but does not guarantee approval.
Do I need an established business to sign up?
You need a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.) with an EIN. Sole proprietorships using a Social Security Number are not eligible. You’ll also need a business domain for your professional email. We verify these requirements as part of our onboarding process.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Late payments may be reported to credit bureaus, which could negatively impact your business credit. We send payment reminders before due dates. If you’re having trouble, contact us before your payment is late—we want to help you maintain a positive payment history.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Keep in mind that we report your payment history while you’re a customer—canceling means no new positive payments will be reported, but your historical record remains on file with the bureaus.
Why are D&B and Experian listed as ‘coming soon’?
We’re actively working on partnerships with Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business. These relationships take time to establish properly. We believe in transparency—rather than promise something we can’t deliver, we tell you exactly where we are. Currently, we report to Equifax Business, CreditSafe, and PayNet (via Equifax).
