1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Net30Hosting’s services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Description of Services
Net30Hosting provides web hosting, professional email, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. As a feature of our hosting plans, we report on-time payment history to business credit bureaus including Equifax Business and PayNet.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
- Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Provide accurate and complete business information
Sole proprietorships using a Social Security Number are not eligible for credit reporting services.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payment & Billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Monthly billing does not necessarily mean a month-to-month agreement: the term selected at checkout and your accepted service agreement control your commitment. Fixed commitments may include 12, 24, or 36 months. The applicable agreement requires 30 days’ written cancellation notice and, for early termination of a fixed commitment, a fee of 50% of the remaining contract value. Review the exact selected terms before accepting them; existing signed agreements continue to govern their customers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the charge.
6. Credit Reporting Disclaimer
Important: Net30Hosting reports on-time payments to Equifax Business and PayNet. However, we do not guarantee any specific credit scores, credit approvals, or financial outcomes. Credit reporting results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your existing credit history and the credit bureau’s evaluation criteria.
7. Verification Process
All accounts undergo Net30 terms review, which can take up to 14 business days. Paid Rush Credit Check ($14.95 one-time) is the only faster review path, but it does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline service if verification fails.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Host illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
- Distribute malware, phishing, or spam
- Overload servers or interfere with other customers
- Resell services without written authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Email and Abuse Rules
Ordinary outbound mailbox email and transactional messages use Amazon AWS SES. You can host and use CRM software. All customer CRM sending must use the customer’s own outbound email provider, rather than Net30Hosting’s SES-backed mailbox service. We can help configure your own Amazon SES account or another outbound provider.
Net30Hosting’s own promotional email is separate: Hosting offers email requires an explicit signup and confirmation of the email address. Push notifications require a separate choice and browser permission. Neither choice is required to buy hosting, and neither grants permission for the other. Customer use of our services does not authorize CRM campaign sending through our outbound mailbox service.
Abuse risk triggers an automatic account pause for review. Requests to allow a sender are reviewed; a report does not automatically change spam-filtering rules.
For missing mail or delivery problems, use the email-problem form or contact spam@net30hosting.com from your signup email. Use abuse@net30hosting.com for abuse reports only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
9. Service Level & Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Our infrastructure status is publicly available at the Infrastructure page.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process necessary account and business data as described there. Optional analytics, promotional email, and push notifications have separate choices. Using hosting does not grant these optional permissions. Data access or deletion requests require private review and are separate from cancellation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net30Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Termination follows your selected and accepted service agreement, including applicable notice, outstanding balances, and any early termination fee described in Section 5. Submit a cancellation request through your account or contact support for assistance; a request receipt is not confirmation that service has ended. We will confirm the effective end date for hosting and email services. Cancellation does not automatically erase data. We will continue to retain your payment history as reported to credit bureaus per our bureau partnership agreements.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
