Our Infrastructure
Net30 Hosting runs on real infrastructure in four U.S. facility locations, working with the infrastructure partners named below. This is the same network that carries our hosting, DNS, and email — listed openly, because where your site lives matters.
Enterprise Email Infrastructure
Outbound ordinary mailbox email and transactional messages use Amazon AWS SES.
Ordinary and Transactional Email
Normal mailbox and transactional sending is included. Use it for everyday business email and essential system messages such as invoices, receipts, password resets, alerts, and account notifications.
CRM Email Sending
You can use CRM software. Configure your CRM with your own outbound email provider; CRM email cannot use Net30Hosting’s SES-backed outbound service.
Spam Monitoring and Abuse Protection
Abuse risk triggers an automatic account pause for review.
For missing mail or delivery problems, sign in to report an email problem or email spam@net30hosting.com from your signup email. Use abuse@net30hosting.com only for abuse reports.
Server Locations
Our servers are housed in four U.S. facility locations:
- Phoenix, Arizona — partnered with Oracle Cloud. Shared hosting nodes, our hosting control panel, and DNS.
- Ashburn, Virginia — partnered with Oracle Cloud. Shared hosting nodes, our hosting control panel, and DNS.
- Ashburn, Virginia — partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS). DNS.
- Chicago, Illinois — partnered with UpCloud. Our company websites and customer storefront.
- Warrenton, Virginia — partnered with OVHcloud. Email services.
Every location runs the same security posture described on our Security page: free Let’s Encrypt SSL on every site, CrowdSec and Fail2ban intrusion prevention, and SSH-only access — no FTP, ever.
Email delivery and serverless APIs — powered by Amazon Web Services (SES). Outbound email is delivered through Amazon SES (sending region: US West, Oregon).
